A 6-Week Course to Help You Access Greater Peace, Joy, and Fulfillment in Life. Decrease stress, anxiety, and depression, increase compassion, attention, and creativity, ease chronic pain, and improve sleep quality and memory. Mindfulness: A Beginner's Journey 1.0 (Eight-Week Class)
Studies have shown that meditating in a group can complement your individual meditation practice or help you start meditating. Establish a regular meditation practice, connect with like-minded people, and be part of an authentic community with shared values. Everyone is welcome! Come join us every week or "drop in" when you can attend. Practicing self-compassion motivates us to make positive changes in our lives because we care about ourselves and the suffering we are experiencing in our lives and wanted to make progress and improvements. Gain practical skills to help bring self-compassion into your daily life. Develop tools to help handle difficult emotions with greater ease, and to motivate yourself with kindness rather than criticism. The six-week class provides opportunities for more in-depth study and practice. The Power of Self-Compassion (One hour to 90 min)

One-on-one coaching for people interested in personalized guidance and support with beginning or maintaining a mindfulness and meditation practice and cultivating greater well-being and happiness. I coach individuals with a gentle and kind approach with compassion, empathy, acceptance, understanding, and an open heart. I ask pertinent questions, to assist you, the client, in moving forward to create the discipline and vision for your life. I use reflective inquiry to explore your next steps and clarify your goals.
