Mindful Coaching in the Workplace

Mindful Coaching. Coaching for professionals who would like individualized guidance and support with developing and sustaining mindfulness at work (and life) practice. Our coaching program employs a direct approach with curiosity, patience, kindness, compassion, empathy, acceptance, and understanding to help create powerful and lasting change.
Mindful Coaching includes:
  • (50 min) one-on-one sessions either in-person (if local) or through Zoom.
  • Specific Exercises to integrate mindfulness into your daily life or work life.  You will learn skills in the areas of mindfulness, compassion, and emotional intelligence that can be used in everyday life to help with moment-to-moment stress and anxiety. These exercises can help improve your day-to-day life with mindful living and may consist of meditations, self-assessments, mindful movement, and journaling.
  • Personalized and guided meditations and reflections during sessions and recorded meditations for home practice.
  • Individualized mindfulness coaching based on your personal needs. During one-on-one coaching sessions, I can help you rediscover the most important aspects of compassion and kindness, self-care, and personal wellness.
  • Learn how to reduce stress and anxiety. Mindfulness is a powerful process that involves focusing attention on the present moment experience without judgement. It allows for deep peacefulness which leads to decreased levels of cortisol, blood pressure, heart rate and respiration rates – all factors in reducing both physical as well as mental health.
  • Help to clarify goals, identify obstacles, and develop strategies to overcome each obstacle. In creating these strategies, I will target your unique skills and gifts. By helping you to make the most of your strengths, I will provide the support you need to achieve long-lasting change.
