Hi, I'm Chris!I have learned to live and embody the principles of mindfulness and self-compassion to overcome extremely challenging times and adversity in my own life. It has been my passion to share these innate natural human capacities with others, everyone from K-12 students, college students, adults, in the workplace, and seniors.
As a lifelong learner and Certified Mindfulness and Compassion Facilitator, my life’s passion is helping people cultivate mindfulness, compassion, and emotional intelligence in their own lives and helping them learn to overcome their own insecurities and limiting beliefs. I believe that when we’re filled with self-doubt, stress, anxiety, and more responsibilities than we have time to fulfill, we lose the ability to live our full potential (both personally and professionally). And nothing feels worse than knowing that you have more to offer, but not having the capacity to do so.
I started Mindful Programs with the purpose of delivering high-quality mindful awareness, compassion, and emotional intelligence training to both individuals and organizations. With an authentic, passionate, and gentle teaching style, I'll help you recognize your own unconscious thought patterns and wake up to your life with self-awareness, love, and compassion. When we are faced with depression, anxiety and worry, rumination, and imposter syndrome we can meet them with self-acceptance, and in turn, this helps us become happier, more motivated, more resilient, and more willing to take risks. Depression reduces and our inner strengths begin to shine. We grow more fully into these lives.
