Studies have shown that meditating in a group can complement your individual meditation practice or help you start meditating. We will offer a theme in mindfulness and compassion each week with a short talk followed by a one-hour guided meditation. Establish a regular meditation practice, connect with like-minded people, and be part of an authentic community with shared values. Everyone is welcome! Come join us every week or "drop in" when you can attend.
