Beginning Sunday, September 11, 2022 from 11:00 am - 12:00 pm CST on Zoom. Studies have shown that meditating in a group can be a wonderful compliment to your individual meditation practice or help you to start meditating. Each week we will offer a theme in mindfulness and compassion with a short talk followed by a one hour guided meditation.
Establish a regular meditation practice, connect with like-minded people, and be part of an authentic community with shared values.
