- Why Mindfulness Matters (One hour to 90 min.)
This session provides an overview of what mindfulness is and simple yet highly effective strategies and guidance to help us be more resilient and make that shift, moment by moment of our lives, into a more spacious, clear, reliable, and loving connection with ourselves and the world.
- Mindfulness Fundamentals 1.0 (Six-Week Class)
This class offers close study in a variety of mindfulness-based topics, that meet you where you are whether a beginner or experienced, including basic practices like the body scan and sitting meditation, mindful movement, and mindful communication. By the time the class ends, participants will feel prepared to practically integrate a variety of mindfulness practices into their daily lives, including how to cultivate a regular mindfulness practice, reduce stress, and soothe your thoughts with meditation and movement through both in-class instruction and resources for continuing practice to which they will be directed
- Mindfulness Fundamentals 2.0 (Six-Week Class)
One-on-one coaching is provided for students interested in receiving support to get help overcoming the challenges of maintaining a regular
mindfulness and meditation practice and improved awareness of habitual patterns.
- The Power of Self-Compassion (One hour to 90 min. May also be offered as a six-week class)
in our lives and wanted to make progress and improvements. Gain practical skills to help bring self-compassion into your daily life. Develop tools to
help handle difficult emotions with greater ease, and to motivate yourself with kindness rather than criticism. The six-week class provides
opportunities for more in-depth study and practice.
- Day of Mindfulness (1/2 day - 1 day)
practice to attend. This workshop will be held in silence, allowing one to develop concentration and insight.
- Mindful Pathways Program (Three-months)
guided meditations, journaling, and assessment.
Mindful Pathways help people manage and respond to the everyday demands of life with intentionality and wisdom. Each week offers an
opportunity to learn simple, secular mindfulness practices which enhance wellbeing through nurturing a sense of ease and kindness towards
oneself and others.
Deepen your well-being and learn how to apply the Mindful Living framework for well-being and resilience (Mindfulness, Compassion, Emotional
Intelligence, and Purpose) to your individual needs with personalized guidance.
We will help you leverage the skills from the Mindful Living framework to help you make lasting changes, aligned with your values. These customized
coaching sessions can take your well-being journey to the next level as we individualize habit formation, guided meditations, and other teachings to
meet your personal needs.
