Mindfulness Workshops for Higher Education

Mindfulness for College Students Workshop

This program is an evidence-based curriculum specifically designed for teaching mindfulness, meditation, and stress management to college students. Mindfulness-based interventions are known to provide significant improvement in anxiety, depression, and stress reactivity in adults and college student populations.
This program experience can be implemented for college students through a workshop series, academic curriculum, or a one day workshop. There are endless possibilities, though, and you need not feel constrained by those choices.
