Mindfulness Programs for Higher Education

Mindfulness for College Students Workshop (One-hour to one-day workshop)
Designed to teach mindfulness, meditation, and stress management to college students. Mindfulness has been shown to provide significant improvement in anxiety, depression, stress reactivity, and reduce implicit bias for college students.
This workshop teaches participants proven mindfulness awareness and concentration practices. Through guided mindfulness meditation, small group discussions, and mindful movement, students learn how to ease a busy mind, direct and sustain attention, investigate emotions and feelings, cultivate compassion for themselves and others, and improve communication in their relationships.

Mindful Student Leader Workshop (One-hour to one-day workshop)
The ability to lead begins with the process of self-discovery, self-awareness, and self-leadership, which will enhance the ability to lead others. In this workshop, students will learn how to cultivate attention and awareness that allows them to live all aspects of their lives with a sense of skill, connection, openness, and balance.

Enhancing Resiliency for Students (One-hour to a 90-minute workshop or six-week class)

Emotional Intelligence for College Students (one-hour to one-day workshop)
