Mindfulness Programs 

Mindfulness in the Workplace
All of the Mindful Living programs teach employees how to:
• Engage innate capacities of the mind to strengthen and enhance traditional business and leadership expertise.
• Allow space for creative solutions by becoming more comfortable with uncertainty and adversity.
• Practice daily applications of mindful leadership training to cultivate mental and physical resilience.
• Meet and/or initiate change skillfully by gaining access to intuition and connecting fully with others.
​• Recognize unproductive patterns, both within themselves and in workplace interactions, and learn how to respond more effectively.

Program Examples:
  • One to two-hour interactive mindfulness presentations on the principles and practices of mindfulness and meditation.
  • Multi -Week mindfulness training session, 45 – 120 minutes long, (4 – 10 weeks duration).
  • Half-day or all-day mindfulness retreats. Mindful resilient leadership and executive mindfulness programs.
  • Group and individual consultations.
  • Mindfulness Speaker – A lively engaging program for company meetings and organizational retreats
  • Custom designed workplace  mindfulness programs for your organization or population.

Mindfulness at Work Program and Services

Mindfulness in the Workplace
Participants will learn how mindfulness can transform the difficulties and anxieties of the workplace into valuable opportunities for personal and professional growth and enhanced effectiveness. Through discussion and practice, we learn how mindfulness can help us develop balance, concentration, resilience, communication and connection with others, integrity, compassion, and meaning—characteristics that allow us to thrive in the workplace.

Mindful Leadership
Mindfulness meditation practice and practical applications of mindful leadership are experienced as we explore the ways in which our ability to create space in our day affects our ability to lead—whether we are leading a global organization, a team, our family or our own lives. We will look at our personal filters, our autopilot tendencies and the distract-ability of the mind. And we will begin to see how training the mind can improve our ability to focus, be creative, and embody compassion—at work and at home. ​

Mindful Communication
​Mindful listening and speaking is a way to have conversations in which we are fully present. We think we’re accomplished at listening, speaking, and using language. We will guide participants through a series of exercises so you can deepen your ability to have powerful communications.

​Guided Meditation Classes                                                                                                      
​Guided mediation classes provide your staff with an opportunity to relax and refresh during the workday. Participants will sample basic mindfulness practices and leave with simple strategies for integrating mindfulness into their day.
 
Mindful Coaching
One-on-one coaching to help individuals in the areas of leadership, change, stress and anxiety management, attention and focus, strength and resilience, and to navigate change and be more productive and reach individual's potential.

Mindfulness Consultation
Development and implementation of strategies for the integration of mindfulness practices into overall company operations and culture.
 
Mindfulness Retreat
Mindfulness retreats are off-site and designed to be educational, inspiring and transformational. They provide the opportunity to experience a variety of practices including awareness practices, body scan, mindful walking, mindful leadership, and mindful communication. Explore how mindfulness can set the stage for deep work, creativity, and better collaboration.
